A different kind of “double take” in this instance where Starbucks Malaysia bagged two awards at the recent MIHRM (Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management) Awards 2015. This year, the company took the gold as “HR Leader of the Year” and the silver in the “Employer of Choice Category”. The above picture shows part of the award-winning team wearing “winning smiles”.
