> Experience living on ‘cloud nine’ at S P Setia’s luxurious high-rise address

-

HAVING highlighted the many issues and difficulties condo owners have had to put up with in our property section over the last few weeks, we now direct the spotlight at a high-end, high-rise residential property development of S P Setia’s that seems to have all the right “ingredients” to end one’s condo complexities.

Jibing with that thought is the saying that nothing comes free to which these days it seems to be the case. Where property is concerned – spacious build-ups, serenity and privacy, lush greens, breathtaking views, affluent neighbourhoods, good location that is interconnected, facilitated with conveniences and amenities, good security measures and safety features, fresh air – all these and more come with a price.

For one looking to have all the above, along with three to four parking lots per residential purchase, the price tag is approximately RM1,300 psf or RM2.99 million and above a unit.

S P Setia Berhad recently gave the media a sneak preview of its upcoming project called Setia Sky Seputeh. The development is located in a strategic and affluent area in the surroundings of Bangsar, Pantai, Taman Seputeh, Damansara Heights and the established commercial precincts of Kuala Lumpur and Mid Valley City.

Setia Sky Seputeh offers freehold three, four and fivebedroom residential units in two handsome towers that offer stunning views of the city skyline. The units are not less than 2,300 sq ft each and come in six spacious layouts. There are only 145 residential units per tower with each floor consisting of only four to six semi-detached type residences. Wide windows, broad balconies, private lift lobbies, ample ventilation and natural light are just some of the endless luxuries that come with its purchase. The development’s tagline “Villa in the Sky” just about gives you a rough idea of this gem of a luxury high- rise that allows for resort-themed landscapes, a man-made sandy beach, swimming pools and a barbecue area, nursery, children’s park and a host of other premium facilities.

The exquisite offerings located on level 36 gives room for a sky and aqua gym; a reflection pool and jacuzzi; a heated aqua gym; hot and cold spa; sauna and yoga room; a tea lounge; gourmet kitchen; study, games and music rooms; and a whole lot more.

Located nearby the development project are shopping malls, commercial town centres, a medical centre and two educational institutions.

But just when you think that this development has it all, S P Setia throws in another for the luring – the 10:90 build-then-sell scheme. Now what’s there to complain about high-rise accommodation again? For more information on this gem of a high-rise offering, visit www.spsetia.com
