FIRST City University College (First City UC) is continuing its 25 years’ legacy of KBU International College in its mission to provide quality education for both local and international students. Forging ahead and committed at delivering the best, it is expanding the campus with the construction of Phase II, which will be completed in Q4 2016. The new phase, which is next to the current premises, comprises a new academic block with additional lecture rooms, studios, state-of-the-art laboratories and en-suite airconditioned student accommodation. A new IT Centre, MBA Centre, library, food court and indoor sports facilities are some of the exciting facilities that the students would be able to enjoy.

Fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), First City UC offers programmes which are relevant to the needs of the industry and which will enhance the employability of its graduates. With the university college status, the institution now offers dual award degrees with its collaborative international university partners, as well as its own homegrown degrees.

At First City UC, students can expect an affordable quality education delivered by a highly qualified team of dedicated lecturers who are equipped with a range of teaching and commercial industry experience. The outstanding achievements of its graduates and the excellent track record the institution has been enjoying are results of its commitment in establishing strong ties with well-known professional bodies and reputable organisations. Its dedication in ensuring students are well-taught and engaged can be seen through a fun learning approach and experiential learning concept used by its teaching staff.

Students benefit from lectures by visiting professors and guest speakers from the industry to broaden the scope of their subject knowledge and to enlighten the students on how the real world works.

The October intake is in progress for the following programmes: Certificate in Business Administration, Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Diploma in Mass Communication, Diploma in Interactive Design and Diploma in Information Technology.
