NOTEWORTHY ACHIEVEMENT Among the EBS MBA graduates in Malaysia, seven attended the prestigious ceremony held in June 2016 at the Heriot-Watt University campus in Edinburgh, Scotland. One of the seven, Jane Lai Choy Chan, vice-president of group compliance at a leading life insurance company in Singapore, said of the programme: “It has greatly enhanced my business skills and broadened my network with professionals from diverse fields. I truly believe that as we get ready to move on to the next phase in life, we are well equipped and prepared to take on any leadership role using the knowledge and experience that we have gained from this reputable EBS MBA course.”

Prince Court Medical Centre senior manager in charge of medical services Dr Shyamala Lakshmi Rao also commented. She said she wanted to graduate in Edinburgh “to see the ‘mother ship’. The ceremony was very special to me as it was the culmination of so much hard work and sacrifices made. To share it with others who went through the same was awesome.”

MBA programme director for the Malaysia campus, Angeline Chivapathy was immensely proud of her students. “It was exhilarating to watch the graduands receive their scrolls at the Edinburgh campus. Their sheer hard work and individual sacrifices over the last two years came to fruition in this prestigious MBA degree.”
