SNATCH THIEF IN VIDEO NABBED

KLANG: Police have arrested the snatch thief who was seen riding up to a woman and crashing into her before snatching her bag. The video of the incident went viral on social media earlier this week. Poilce said following a tip-off, the suspect and his brother were nabbed yesterday at their residence in Rantau Panjang.
