BERTAM ALLIANCE SELLS LAND FOR RM15.52M

PETALING JAYA: Bertam Alliance Bhd’s subsidiary, Budaya Identiti Sdn. Bhd. is selling a 916.3ha agriculture land in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan to PYL Agriculture Sdn Bhd for RM15.52 million. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said the sale is an opportunity for it to unlock value through monetisation and opportunistic divestments and strengthen its balance sheet.
