Improving blood circulation

-

GOOD blood circulation is essential for our wellbeing. As one of the most important functions in the body, it is responsible for transporting oxygen and nutrients to our organs, tissues and cells while simultaneously collecting carbon dioxide and other waste substances to be released from the body.

When blood circulation is affected, it can lead to symptoms like cold hands and feet, fatigue, numbness and a weakened immune system.

Over time, poor blood circulation can lead to medical conditions such as severe chest pain, heart attack, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, anaemia, indigestion, pneumonia, gout, kidney failure, hair loss, sexual dysfunction, hormone imbalance and more.

The solution to improving blood circulation can be found in black seed extract. Black seed is an ancient remedy that has been used to make medicine for over 2,000 years. It has been traced back to the Egyptian dynasty, when the seed was discovered in the tomb of King Tut. Moreover, according to Islamic Hadith, long-term use of black seed provides remedy against every disease except death (AtTirmidhi, Ahmad and Ibn Hibban). Black seed extract contains compounds such as thymoquinone, nigellone, protein (branched chain amino acid), essential oil (omega 3, 6, 7, 9), vitamin E, saponins and more. It is the synergistic effect of these compounds that give black seed extract its highly potent health benefits.

In terms of improving blood circulation, black seed extract helps to encourage more nutrients and oxygen supply to the cells. It helps relieve cold hands and feet, numbness in certain parts of the body especially the extremities, cramps, swelling and water retention in the feet and varicose veins (swollen, enlarged veins under the skin).

Black seed extract can help prevent pale skin, brittle nails and hair. It also improves the immune system and reduces fatigue. People who consume it have better cognitive functions such as improved memory, thinking and attention.
