CUEPACS WANTS MORE ALLOWANCE

LANGKAWI: The Congress of Unions of Employees in the Public and Civil Services (Cuepacs) has urged the government to provide an additional monthly allowance to civil servants here to cushion the high cost of living. It said the allowance should be equivalent to the Regional Incentive Allowance enjoyed by civil servants in Labuan, which is also a tax-free haven. – Bernama
