MINISTRY RESOLVES OVER 5,400 CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

SHAH ALAM: The Domestic Trade, Cooperativ­es and Consumeris­m Ministry (KPDNKK) in Selangor has resolved 5,403 complaints on consumeris­m with the value of seizures amounting to RM7.5 million last year. State KPDNKK chief enforcemen­t officer Abdul Rosik Yakub said among the complaints were on price descriptio­n, service descriptio­n, direct sales activities, goods and services tax, no price tags, hoarding of controlled goods and others. – Bernama
