MINISTRY RESOLVES OVER 5,400 CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
SHAH ALAM: The Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry (KPDNKK) in Selangor has resolved 5,403 complaints on consumerism with the value of seizures amounting to RM7.5 million last year. State KPDNKK chief enforcement officer Abdul Rosik Yakub said among the complaints were on price description, service description, direct sales activities, goods and services tax, no price tags, hoarding of controlled goods and others. – Bernama
