REMAND EXTENDED

PUTRAJAYA: A federal ministry secretary-general who was detained by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) last week for alleged corruption and abuse of power had his week-long remand order extended by another four days yesterday. Magistrate Nik Isfahanie Tasnim Wan Ab Rahman also issued a four-day remand order extension on the 59-year-old datuk’s 35-year-old son.
