REASON TO CELEBRATE

-

The mothers, along with their children, were treated to a special preview of “Dance of Ahlan Wa Sahlan”, a live musical dance performed in bright, eye-catching costumes to catchy tunes.

Jazmi, on behalf of the Curve, then surprised the mothers with Raya packets and goodie bags sponsored by the mall, as well as Pesona Warisan, Nusantara Creations, La Divine and Waarna.

Local singer-songwriter-cumactress Ziana Zain presented the mothers with additional Raya packets and a special Ziana Zain’s World shawl.

The group then congregated at Ah Tuan Ee for a delicious meal to break fast.

Throughout the weekends before Hari Raya Aidilfitri, patrons of the Curve are urged to support the single mothers behind the Simply Cookies enterprise.

Look for their booth (open every Friday through Sunday during the campaign) on the ground floor, along the “street” opposite Starbucks.

Visitors to the mall are also invited to watch the Dance of Ahlan Wa Sahlan performance every weekend and on public holidays, staged at 2pm and 5pm. Shoppers can also participate in the Khat Art Workshop and enjoy other performances such as Jazzy Raya on Friday nights and Melody Raya on Saturday nights, both at 8.30pm, or enjoy traditional tunes performed by Muzika Gambus Raya on Sundays at 3.30pm.
