Residensi RAH set to be Kampung Baru’s new landmark
KUALA LUMPUR: Residensi RAH, a RM120 million condominium project in Kampung Baru, is set to become a new landmark in the Malay enclave in the capital.
The 39-storey modern development, which sits in Kuala Lumpur’s golden triangle, is expected to attract middle-upper to upper income earners to grab the 187 units offered.
The luxurious condominium, set for completion in 2019, offer seven types of design, including penthouse units, with floor area ranging from 1,151sq ft to 5,144sq ft.
RAH Properties Corporation executive chairman Datuk Abdul Rahim Ibrahim said he is proud that the new condominium would assist in developing Kampung Baru, which had long been overtaken by developments in its neighbourhood.
Abdul Rahim, a native of Kampung Baru, thanked the government for supporting the company in its efforts to modernise the area.
“This shows the government’s commitment to bring development to the area,” he said in his speech at the launch of Residensi RAH project by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi yestserday.
Also present at the launch were Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor and Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani, who is Titiwangsa MP.
Residensi RAH condominium units are priced between RM622,461 and RM3.5 million each, and each penthouse unit comes with a private swimming pool.
Built on a 3,310sq m of land, Residensi RAH is located within the vicinity of KL’s densest area and is well connected to major roads, such as Jalan Sultan Ismail and the Ampang-KL Elevated Highway.
The LRT and Monorail lines are just a stone’s throw away.
The condominium is also in proximity to various amenities and public services, including universities and hospitals.
Among its security features are the automatic main entrance gate, 24-hour security, CCTV surveillance system and access card.
