-

THERE are drinks with character and then there is this particular drink, with attitude - Apple Fox Cider. Deemed another stellar in Heineken’s portfolio of global brands, the New Zealand-inspired apple cider ripples senses with its crisp, refreshing and not-too-sweet taste. It is made from the best and freshest of orchard crisp and tart apples, which when chilled and served over ice, the alcoholic cider makes for the perfect pick-me-up on hot lazy afternoons.

Described as providing a “distinct, refreshing and smooth drinking experience” – Apple Fox Cider is also a great beverage to share among family and friends at both cosy get-togethers and larger celebrations. Available in 320ml cans and 325ml bottles at hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores, as well as bars, pubs and restaurants, the foxy-looking livery appeals as much as its content delights. Apple Fox Cider was recently unveiled at Whup Whup Cafe in Subang Jaya. The ambience was slick and the party artfully crafted, welcoming foxy-dressed and sharplooking guests of Heineken Malaysia Berhad. The company’s managing director, Hans Essaadi, was more than happy to take the stage in a silver-hued fox mask and deliver his speech, espousing the new brand and beverage. Together with his dedicated team, they drank to the launch and the start of the Apple Fox Cider saga in Malaysia. Photo opportunities, activities, games, a live jazz band, food and the “the Fox” kept the party going. In celebration of its launch, Apple Fox Cider is available at an introductory price of RM5.80 per can, but for a limited time only.
