PETALING JAYA: Inter-Pacific Securities (IPS) has launched a new loyalty card, IPSBCard, in collaboration with the existing B Infinite loyalty programme.

B Infinite evolved from the triumph of BCARD, a rewards programme that quickly found success from its launch in 2011 and has more than six million members, 80 merchants and over 4,000 stores nationwide as part of its network.

“We thank our clients for choosing IPS. With the new IPS-BCard, we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our clients by rewarding them with BPoints which they can utilise as cash at the numerous merchant partner stores,” said IPS executive director Tan Mun Choy.

“B Infinite is known to be a programne that caters to members’ evolving needs by giving more than just rewards. We are very pleased to collaborate with IPS which we believe will not only strengthen our partnership portfolio, but also enhance IPS clients’ journey with them,” said Berjaya Corporation retail and innovation director Yau Su Peng. The corporation also owns B Loyalty Sdn Bhd.

IPS also aims to promote, through the new IPS-BCard, its “less prints, more trees” campaign, a green initiative to encourage clients to subscribe for e-statements so as to minimise printing of hard-copy statements.

Clients who subscribe to IPS’s estatement will be rewarded 1,000 BPoints as a token of appreciation.

The success of B Infinite also lies in its multi-faceted capabilities: a mobile marketing platform for direct access to the latest flash deals from merchants; a payment gateway; and a points redemption service for B Points, B Infinite’s currency.
