REVIEWING OUR LIFESTYLE

-

Looking at how we live our lives is another way we can ensure that we are cultivating situations and an environment that is in line with our true essence. Looking at the food we eat, whether our bodies are getting enough rest and exercise. What kind of company do we keep, do we find ourselves always in the company of those who only create negative thoughts or are we keeping in the company of those who are more positive?

What kind of information are we looking at, the news, the books we read? Whether we are feeding our minds with positive information or negative ones.

To be in line with the internal essence of our true self, we would have to balance what we ourselves are doing. This will then put us in an external space that is of peace and it would then assist us to create thoughts internally that are of our true essence.
