APPEAL FOR HELP

GEORGE TOWN: Mega flood mitigation projects and allocation for such projects is the responsibility of the federal government, said Penang State Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow. He once again appealed to the federal government to resolve the flood issues.
