APEX THIRD QUARTER BOTTOM LINE UP 29%
PETALING JAYA: Apex Healthcare Bhd’s net profit for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2017 rose 29% to RM11.29 million from RM8.74 million a year ago in tandem with higher revenue. The group achieved revenue of RM157.73 million, a growth of 10.3% compared with RM142.96 million in third quarter of 2016, helped by stronger contributions from the consumer products division as well as pharmaceutical sales to the public sector in Malaysia and Singapore. For the nine months period, its net profit jumped 12% to RM31.66 million from RM28.2 million, enabled by the reinvestment allowance tax incentives. Its revenue was RM467.68 million, a growth of 7% compared with RM437.12 million in the same period.
