Range-bound trading
BURSA Malaysia ended higher in range-bound and cautious trading yesterday, with buying support interspersed with profit-taking throughout the trading session, dealers said. The FBM KLCI was 2.18 points higher at 1,858.17. On the broader market, gainers outpaced losers by 605 to 330 with 391 counters unchanged, 574 untraded and 29 suspended.
Last-minute buying of heavyweight stocks helped lift the market, a dealer said. – Bernama
