MERGE ENERGY BAGS RM105M JOHOR WATER PROJECT

PETALING JAYA: Merge Energy Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd has bagged a contract worth RM105.5 million from Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd (PAAB) to develop a water treatment plant and water pipes under Package 1 in Pagoh, Johor. The constructi­on and property developmen­t company told the stock exchange that the 18-month contract is expected to be completed on Aug 25, 2019. Merge Energy expects the job to contribute positively to its earnings for the current and future financial years.
