PM launches won­der­land park

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Min­is­ter Datuk Seri Na­jib Ab­dul Razak yes­ter­day launched the 99 Won­der­land Park in Tasik Sri Murni, Se­layang.

Among the at­trac­tions at the recre­ational park are LED light­ing, birds and an­i­mals from all over the world, as well as sculp­tures along a walk­a­way bridge.

Other at­trac­tions in­clude a hatch­ery and in­cu­ba­tor room, deer yard, os­trich farm, bird square, rab­bit house, duck la­goon, as well as ex­otic an­i­mals.

There are also other fa­cil­i­ties such as the Sky Foun­tain, Mag­i­cal Bridge, T-Rex Ring, Golden Wa­ter­fall, 12 Zo­diac Zone and 99 Cruise.

The park is owned by JL99 Group, which is chaired by Datuk Seri Jeff B.K. Lee.

To date, JL99 Group has spent RM18 mil­lion on the park.

As part of the com­pany’s ef­forts to give back to the com­mu­nity, MyKad hold­ers can visit the park for free dur­ing its first month of op­er­a­tion. – by Aiezat Fadzell
