ZENOPY Residences is a mixed development project comprising residential and commercial spaces, located in Seri Kembangan. It is said to resonate a state of Zen, a word related to the Japanese school of Buddhism, in this case articulating a space that exudes calm, tranquil and free from worry.
The word Zenopy however, is coined from the word “Zen”, referring to well-being of the mind and body, while “Canopy” relates to shelter. Though a harmonious place of dwelling that sees to all one’s wants and needs, its ideal location gives good connectivity.
The 32-storey mixed development project offers serviced apartments and retail units. In its entirety, it spans across a 4.687-acre parcel featuring low-density floors of no more than 17 units per level, served by six elevators. There are 398 serviced residential units complemented by 51 commercial lots and 23 affordable shop units.
Apartment units come in built-up areas of between 823 sf and 2,031 sf, each with a yard area to enjoy a view of the city skyline. Its uniquely designed layouts and serviced units warrant it the “affordable” tag – priced from RM413,000 (after bumiputra discount). This is further expressed in the over 40 facilities built into the development created to offer that “Zen” lifestyle.
Barely a month ago, LBS Bina Group Berhad unveiled the much-anticipated project. The Group’s managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San officiated the launch at the Zenopy Sales Gallery in Seri Kembangan.
At the event, Tan revealed that more than 31% of the serviced residential units were already sold and that LBS is confident in achieving a 75% take-up by year-end.
On the commercial side, 45 commercial units have already been purchased while the affordable shops were not open yet for sale during the launch. Although the project, which is still under construction, is expected to be completed by 2021, Tan said, he is aiming for early completion by 2019.
“We are happy to launch Zenopy Residences, which combines value- added features with connectivity and affordability. These key pillars are what home buyers want and we believe this will drive positive up-take for Zenopy Residences,” Tan added.
Residents will enjoy a full life at Zen Residences especially with its many facilities easily available. Among the conveniences are an area perfect for meditation or yoga, a Zen Zone, tai chi deck, lap pool, wading pool, sauna, physiotherapy gym, reflexology path, floating gym, pavigym corner, tennis and badminton courts, a jogging track, just to name a few.
When entertaining beckons, there are many choices of areas including garden dining space, a function room, a gazebo as well as a sky lounge.
