TUESDAY Tottenham vs Man City (4am Malaysia time) (Tues 4am Malaysian time). After a 2-1 home defeat by Liverpool early last month, Spurs have ground out four League wins in CARDIFF CITY head to Anfield tomorrow as the Bluebirds look to add to last week’s win over Fulham. Forward Bobby Decordova-Reid (No.14) scored his first Premier League goal during the win over the Whites last time out. “We’ve been working hard as a team,” Decordova-Reid said. “I think the Liverpool game will take the pressure off us. It’ll be on them to try to get the three points. “We’ve had a tough run of games but we stuck at it. We knew if we were good against Fulham we’d get three points. “We know we’re good enough to win games and compete in this League. I think we’ve shown that, and hopefully we can take a row, while missing key players such as Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen. They often rode their luck in those victories, however, and last Saturday’s 10 win at West Ham United was in large part down to the excellence of goalkeeper Hugo Lloris. Manager Mauricio Pochettino lauded Lloris as one of the “best in the world” although the that confidence into other games.

“It’s important to not dwell on not scoring for too long because it can eat you up. I’ve got to keep on doing the right things, keep getting in the right position and keep getting those chances.

“We’ve already beaten a good Fulham side, and we were relentless in our attacking play. We’ve gone above them in the table now, and if we can keep putting points on the board then who knows what can happen.

“It was very enjoyable to get my first Premier League goal. It was a relief. I’ve been working hard to get to this point for myself and it’s great to get the three points with it.”

Neil warnock’s Bluebirds face off against Liverpool for the first time since the 2013/14 season. The two sides also competed in the 2012 League Cup final.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have won seven and drawn two of their nine matches in the Premier League thus far this season and sit second behind leaders Manchester City, albeit on same points .

Decordova-Reid concluded: “The win against Fulham has helped us a lot. It’s massive to get our first three points. We just need to keep working hard like we did in that game.

“When we head to Anfield we can enjoy the game but at the same time we’ll try and get a good result.”

The Premier League match between Liverpool and Cardiff City will be telecast live at 9.45pm on Astro CH 834 & CH 816.
