MARGARET, 51, has had a challengin­g few years. Between caring for her aged mother who has moved in with them and managing the children and household with her husband stationed overseas for work, she feels as if she has aged a good 10 years.

The signs of aging are showing too from dry skin, fine lines, weight increase and irregular periods.
