TRIVE PROPERTY’S NET LOSS WIDENS IN FIRST QUARTER

PETALING JAYA: Trive Property Group Bhd reported a widened net loss of RM968,000 for the first quarter ended Oct 31, 2019 against RM748,000 in the previous corresponding period, due to operation losses. Revenue for the quarter fell 18.6% to RM1.14 million from RM1.4 million previously. “Barring any unforeseen circumstances, with the diversification into the construction and property development industry and the collaboration with Hubei Guang Bo New Energy Co Ltd and turnkey contractor awarded by Syarikat Perumahan Negara Bhd, the group is confident of achieving better performance.” The group added that it sees the potential demand especially for solar products globally and hopes to grow its solar division with existing strategies and competitive cost structure.
