Naza TTDI appoints Daniel Lim as CEO

PETALING JAYA: Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, the property arm of the Naza Group, has appointed Daniel Lim Hin Soon (pix) as CEO with effect from yesterday.

Naza TTDI deputy executive chairman and group managing director SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin said Lim will be responsibl­e for the overall strategic developmen­t and direction for the property business and drive positive growth for one of Naza Group’s core businesses.

“We have bold ambitions to accelerate our growth strategy and Lim’s prior experience in the industry will be a great asset to have in capitalisi­ng on the ever-changing market conditions and establish our long-term vision for the business,” SM Faliq said in a statement yesterday.

Lim has more than 28 years of hands-on experience in the property developmen­t industry having being attached to several leading property developers over the years holding senior executive positions.

His last posting before joining Naza TTDI was with the Sunway Group serving as its senior executive director with Sunway Integrated Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Sunway Group.

Naza TTDI is one of the key industry players with several residentia­l and business developmen­ts in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Some of its iconic projects are Taman Tun Dr Ismail township in Kuala Lumpur, Platinum Park in the heart of the Golden Triangle and Malaysia Internatio­nal Trade and Exhibition Centre.
