Samãja Selo offers an island getaway with a limited collection of beachfront and hilltop private residential villas available with private air transfers between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Samãja Selo is set to be completed by 2023. The private residences are available by invitation only from US$388,000 (RM1.6 million) for hilltop lots and beachfront lots from US$1.29 million (RM15.4 million). Samãja Selo combines vacation home ownership with boutique hotel amenities for travellers to enjoy, including a pool, rejuvenating spa, wellness and fitness facilities, kids’ club, multiple dining venues, clubhouse plus yoga pavilion. Samaja Selo owners will also have access to a diving centre, library and co-working spaces.

Owners will enjoy private services, with the added benefit of owning luxury custom-designed villas reflecting personal design choices, within the overall style and sense of the destination. If owners opt not to utilise their time at Samaja Selo, they can exchange through Samãja Selo’s partnership with ThirdHome, which offers 10,000 luxury homes in 94 countries.

“We trust this partnership will bring out the best in the property and turn it into a popular holiday destination of choice in time to come. Impiana will also be sharing its resort management experience, hence this property shall be managed by Impiana Hotels & Resorts Management Sdn Bhd, the hospitality operating arm of the Impiana Group,” said Impiana executive chairman Datuk Seri Ismail @ Farouk Abdullah.
