Takaful Ikhlas General introduces digital roadside assist service

-

Takaful Ikhlas General Bhd has introduced its digital road assist service, Bantuan IKHLAS Road Assist Self-Service, a complimentary benefit for its motor takaful certificate holders.

With the new feature, Takaful Ikhlas aims to elevate customer experience to new heights by delivering fast, efficient and reliable service when roadside assistance is sought.

This road assist service focuses on customer convenience through digitalisation where it enables customers to pinpoint the precise location of their stranded vehicles, select preferred workshops to suit their preferences and receive notifications via WhatsApp.

One of the most significant advantages of this service is its ability to inform customers through WhatsApp on service request acknowledgement and allowing them to track the progress of their tow truck service in real time. This seamless coordination and clear communication ensures both parties are informed throughout the journey.

“We aim to redefine the standards of roadside assistance and uphold our commitment to delivering reassurance in times of need, especially during festive seasons like the coming Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Bantuan IKHLAS Road Assist Self-Service allows customers to handle emergency situations with ease and speed. As such, we want to elevate our customer experience from the moment a request for assistance is received up to the resolution of the issue, customers should feel at ease and secure,” said Takaful Ikhlas General president and CEO Datuk Rudy Rodzila Che Lamin.
