30ml lemongrass infused Botanist Gin

60ml tonic water

1 stalk of lemongrass

1 kaffir lime leaf

Half a calamansi

1 Pour the infused gin into a rock glass with ice.

2 Top up with tonic water.

3 Slap the kaffir lime leaf to release its aroma.

4 Garnish together with lemongrass and calamansi.
