LEMONGRASS INFUSED GIN:

700ml Botanist Gin

5 stalks of lemongrass Multi-functional siphon (cream whipper) at 500ml capacity 1 N2O cartridge

1 Cut lemongrass to 5mm length at 45 degrees.

2 Put lemongrass with 500ml gin into the siphon.

3 Charge the siphon with the N2O (remove cartridge after charging).

4 Immerse the siphon into boiled water for 20 minutes.

5 Place the siphon in a cool bath till the siphon is cool to touch.

Pour into and mix with the rest of the 200ml gin in the bottle.
