45ml Botanist Gin

10ml Monin Yuzu

20ml lime juice

30ml soda

10ml mint pea syrup 1 Shake the gin, yuzu syrup and lime juice in the shaker with ice. Pour into a glass.

2 Top with soda.

3 Float the mint pea syrup on top.

4 Watch the blue mint pea syrup turns red as you stir the drink. Glassware used in this image is a port sipper.
