90ml sugar syrup
30ml Menthe Pastille
1 tsp Ronnefeldt Morgentau Green Tea
Zest from 1 lime, 1 orange and 1 lemon
2 slices of young ginger
5 mint leaves 1 Put all the ingredients in a siphon coffee maker.
2 Boil for 2 minutes then turn off heat.
3 Let the machine do its magic.
4 Garnish with citrus zest, a dehydrated pineapple and globe amaranth.
5 Push down all the garnish into the glass before consuming.
Add 1 bar spoon of honey upon serving.
