PENGAT DURIAN RECIPE

- Recipe by Chef Mohd Amirul Ain Bin Ismail of Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

INGREDIENT­S

1kg durian flesh 300ml coconut milk 150ml water

50g flour

3 tbsp brown sugar 30g palm sugar

2 pcs pandan leaves

METHOD

1 Firstly, boil the coconut milk and durian flesh together.

2 Then, add the rest of the ingredient one by one.

3 Lastly, add sugar to taste depending on personal preference.
