Strato, part of Troika Sky Dining, is a casual trattoria-style restaurant offering dishes bursting with authentic Italian flavours. The menu is succinct but with enough variety to satisfy most. Start your meal with the classic combination of buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes roasted on the vine, pickled cherry tomatoes, pesto and lemon cream, and you’ll know the ensuing meal is going to be delicious. You will fall in love with the pastas - try the Fazolleti with lamb ragu and mint gremolata or the signature Wagyu beef cheek and trotter ravioli sage brown butter and preserved lemon and if you still have room, a coffee Tiramisu with Morello cherries to end the meal on Eating & Drinking 2017
