Is it true that McLaren is no longer officially selling cars in Malaysia? Why so? – AK Hakim, Seremban Hi Hakim,

McLaren was officially represented by Sime Darby Auto Britannia since 2013 but it is understood that the company has ceased new car sales here for a while now. One can only speculate what discussions in the boardroom led to this outcome, but the good thing for existing owners is that Sime Darby still operates an official McLaren service centre out of Glenmarie, Selangor.

Do you think the brand is worth reviving in Malaysia? Would you purchase a 720S over a Ferrari 812 Superfast or Lamborghini Aventador if money were no object? Your opinion matters, so keep them flowing into our inbox.
