120 units of the Mitsubishi’s seven-seat SUV enhanced with better looks and features
Motors Malaysia (MMM) broke its long silence in the new car scene when it released the Outlander Sports Edition recently. It is essentially a special edition model based on the Outlander 2.0 4WD with a production limit of just 120 units.
The Sports Edition is dressed up in a dual-tone colour scheme complemented by a black front grille, gloss black alloy wheels, and an ‘Outlander’ hood emblem. The cabin is dressed up with a dual DVD entertainment unit and red accent carpet mats.
These add-ons enhance a package which already includes LED daytime running lights, leather seats, all-round monitor, keyless entry and a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system as standard. As before, the engine makes 143bhp/196Nm which is delivered to all four wheels via a CVT gearbox.
The Mitsubishi Outlander Sports Edition is priced at RM142,888, inclusive of a five-year, unlimited-mileage warranty.
