If you’re ex­cited about start­ing a new fit­ness regime in 2018, but less keen on the idea of com­mit­ting to long work­out ses­sions, then you might be in the mar­ket for some quick ways to shape up.

Well the good news is that you don’t need to have a gym mem­ber­ship, any fancy equip­ment or even lots of free time to be able to tone and tighten the dif­fer­ent parts of your body.

These high-speed at-home rou­tines will take just 10 min­utes out of your day, and don’t re­quire any­thing more than a chair, a wall, a broom­stick and a can-do at­ti­tude! Aim to do them three or four times a week, and you’ll soon see and feel the re­sults.
