av­o­cado 1 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds 1 large hand­ful kale or spinach 1 small knob ginger Few mint leaves ½ lemon Ad­di­tional op­tions: Cel­ery, cu­cum­ber, zuc­chini, broc­coli, cin­na­mon, turmeric, spir­ulina, ca­cao pow­der, matcha pow­der, pars­ley.
