If you don’t want to eat it, don’t buy it! Stash treats for a special occasion. Keep them out of sight and out of reach. Have nutritious snacks on hand: Boiled eggs, veggie sticks, hummus or homemade protein balls are all great options.
DIY muesli: Lightly toast wholegrain oats in the oven with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Add dried cranberries/apricots, almond/ macadamia pieces, aked coconut, sunower seeds and/or pumpkin seeds.
