4 slices whole­grain bread 4 slices white bread 185g can tuna, drained ¼ cup sour cream 2 toma­toes, seeded, nely chopped ½ yel­low cap­sicum, seeded, nely chopped 1 green onion, nely chopped 1 av­o­cado, seeded, mashed Mixed salad leaves Fruit, homemade pop­corn, to serve

1. Us­ing a small star cut­ter, re­move a star shape from cen­tre of 2 slices whole­grain and 2 slices white bread. Press white star into whole­grain bread and whole­grain stars into white bread.

2. In a bowl, com­bine tuna and sour cream. Mix in tomato, cap­sicum and onion. Sea­son to taste.

3. Spread half bread slices with av­o­cado, top with salad leaves and pile with pre­pared tuna mix­ture. Sand­wich to­gether with re­main­ing slices.

4. Seal in an air­tight sand­wich con­tainer and keep re­frig­er­ated. Ac­com­pany with fruit and pop­corn to serve.
