Malta BNI with “expect excellence” message at fourth annual awards ceremony
If one really wants to get to the next level of success in business, one must aim for and expect excellence or one will get mediocrity. This was stated by Malta BNI national director David Bullock at the fourth annual awards dinner organised to celebrate the business referral organisation’s five years in Malta.
Echoing words of Dr Ivan Misner, who founded BNI in California over 30 years ago, Mr Bullock urged members to set high expectations. “In the last five years, I have come to appreciate the exceptional quality of many of our members. If your commitment to develop strong business referral chapters is setting standards, then it comes as no surprise that Malta BNI members are among the best in professionally serving their clients by offering global standards of service.
He congratulated members, and particularly those receiving awards, for what had been achieved in establishing BNI in Malta over the last five years. With BNI's philosophy of 'Givers Gain', the next few years will see Malta BNI grow from the current six chapters to 10 chapters across the island helping Maltese businesses to become more successful through effective business networking.
Forming part of the largest business networking and referrals organisation in the world, Malta BNI today consists of six chapters each comprising members who build long-term relationships and are sincerely committed to helping one another find more business through BNI's 'Givers' Gain' philosophy and business referrals. BNI (www.bni.com) is about creating an awareness of the process of business referrals. Not just any kind of networking, but 'relationship networking' – an approach to doing business based on building long-term, successful relationships with people through the networking process. Furthermore, the BNI network connects Maltese members to fellow members in 60 countries across the globe. The annual awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of several Malta BNI members.
