The largest Exhibition and Conference for Green Management, Alternative Energy Resources and the Solar Industry in Malta – The Palace, Sliema - Friday 25th November, 2016

- George Carol

Malta is predestined as a location for solar energy production. With some of the highest solar irradiance levels in the world, large open spaces and an increasing demand for energy, experts verify the highgrowth potential of the Mediterranean region’s solar industry, especially over the sea.

The organisers of the Green Energy Management & B2B Networking Conference, Malta’s leading exhibition and conference for green management, alternative energy and the solar industry, have been active for the past two years. This year, they are teaming up with corporations such as SEWCU, Malta Enterprise, GRTU and MHRA to organise the conference in conjunction with various major industrial players in Malta.

This green event will be held on Friday, 25 November in the State Hall of the Palace Hotel, Sliema, which is an ideal venue to reach all Malta’s main solar energy and alternative renewable energy suppliers, as well as emerging regional solar markets such as Italy, Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria. The event’s exhibition and conference both focus on the areas of photovoltaics, PV production technologies, energy storage, energy saving technologies and lighting, energy audits, green economy, waste management and solar thermal technologies. Since being founded, the Green Energy Management & B2B Networking Conference has become the most important industry platform for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service providers and partners of the local alternative renewable energy resources and solar industry.

The conference has a proven track record as renewable energy’s leading conference, featuring insightful discussions and presentations during technical sessions related to technology, markets, business strategies and policy covering the wind, solar, biomass, hydro, geothermal, bio-power, biofuels hydrogen and energy sectors. There has never been a better time to be a part of the exciting, evergrowing world of renewable energy and the organisers provide a unique opportunity for networking with hundreds of experts about the technologies and trends at the forefront of the renewable energy industry’s future.

As part of the conference, attendees will have access to more than 300 companies from all sectors of the industry, including exhibitors, plus exposure to more than 400 attendees. Displaying a wide variety of products and services, the Green Energy Management & B2B Networking Conference represents a horizontal look at the renewable energy industry, with special emphasis on new solutions and innovations for the future. Special VIP guests include the Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change José Herrera and the Minister for Competitiveness and Digital, Maritime and Services Economy Emmanuel Mallia.

Full conference attendees will have access to the conference sessions via SCHEDUIT apps and the best opportunities to network with policy-makers and government officials in Malta and benefit from direct access to key buyers from Malta and Northern Africa.
