Second Terranova megastore opens in Fgura

DIZZ Group opens its second megastore this weekend in Fgura, following the opening of its first one last June in l-Iklin.

The Terranova megastore in Zabbar Road, Fgura, is the largest on the island. Spread over three floors and a foot print of almost 2,000 m2, it will house the entire Terranova collection, with separate floors for the women’s collection including lingerie, the men’s collection, and children’s line and sportswear. It will also retail Terranova Casa, the brand’s household range, early in the new year.

A spokesman for DIZZ Group said: “We believe this is the way forward for the Terranova brand in Malta. Our two megastores involved an investment of €1.6 million and we will now proceed to invest a further €4 million to expand and refurbish our other Terranova outlets at Bay Street, St Julian’s, The Point in Sliema, the Embassy Complex in Valletta, and in Sta Venera.

“Our long-term plan for the brand is to expand further in Malta and overseas, and we are already looking into acquiring a location for a third Terranova megastore.”

All visitors to the Terranova Fgura megastore during the open weekend will have a chance iof winning free gifts and can benefit from a number of promotions during the day. There will be several events and animation for children all day to ensure a fun shopping experience.

DIZZ Group first acquired the Terranova franchise in 2000 and this affordable Italian brand has been growing tremendously year on year ever since.
