Man hurt after balcony collapses in Qawra

A man was seriously hurt after a balcony collapsed in Qawra on Sunday afternoon, the police said.

The 32-year-old Ukrainian fell one storey onto the street below, and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The accident took place in Triq in-Nawciera at 4.15pm.
