Qormi Hockey Club A maintain top position in First Division

Qormi Hockey Club A maintained the top position in the MDA First Division standings as they saw off a tenacious Floriana Ajax A side. The final 5-3 scoreline clearly shows that this match was exciting with Floriana establishing consecutive leads but with Qormi who adopted a never-say-die attitude to turn the tables into their favour.

Meanwhile the two teams from the same village, Ħamrun Bayern and Ħamrun Education recorded identical 5-3 scorelines over Sliema Inter DC and Manchester Conquest Pub respectively.

In the third division, Beland's Bull Eye are still first in the table as they saw off St Paul's Diamonds 6-2 while Qormi Hornets climbed second in the table as they won Mqabba FC 5-3.
