2013 National Annual HR Conference
Recruitment specialist CSB Group together with leading online recruitment portal VacancyCentre.com have announced that they shall once again be supporting the Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD) as they have done over the past years.
CSB Group and VacancyCentre.com will be one of the main sponsors at the upcoming FHRD National Annual Conference. The conference will be held tomorrow, Friday, 11 October at the Mediterranean Conference Centre. Entitled Maintaining Sustainable Results: Adaptability – Agility – Competence, the event aims to attract 400 professionals and promises to be more successful than previous conferences.
The event is deemed to be one of the most sought-after conferences in Malta and by far the most prominent in the human resources sector on our islands. Testimony to this is the number of participants and sponsors the conference attracts through its high-quality programme, keynote speakers and workshops. This year the conference features 12 local and five international speeches, nine workshops, an HR and training fair, a speaker’s pjazza and the unique opportunity to promote products and services to attendees.
Further to that, one is to expect a panel discussion featuring local and international professionals that will be followed by networking sessions.

Apart from attracting HR professionals, the conference is also very well-renowned with decision-makers including directors, general managers, CEOs and sales managers, among others. In 2012 the conference registered yet another growth in its attendance and sponsorships, resulting in this being the most successful conference to date.
In parallel with the conference, FHRD also organises the HR & Training Fair, whereby organisations are given the opportunity to display their products and services to this ‘captive’ audience. The HR & Training Fair offers the perfect time and venue for networking between professionals and for interested parties to visit the various stands to check out the latest products and services. Another 150 minutes will be dedicated to this networking platform, which is nowadays a paramount service to be provided.
