MCAST trains Foster Clark Products’ technical operators
Foster Clark Products has held a graduation ceremony at its premises in San Gwann to celebrate the achievements of the first 16 technical operators who graduated at MQF Level 3 rated training course organised by MCAST.
The training course was specifically designed for Foster Clark Products in order to improve the skills of its technical operators at their daily working practices. The programme covered technical and quality subjects, health and safety, as well as communication and leadership competences. The training was in line with the company’s development strategy and in support of the investments it is doing in new, state-of-the art equipment being introduced on its product lines.
During the ceremony, Ing. Louis Aquilina, MCAST Partnerships Office director stated that Foster Clark Products has a strong commitment to its human resource development. This training programme concretely shows that the company firmly believes in its employees and is investing in the upskilling and development of its workforce.
Foster Clark Products managing director Joseph Busuttil added: “Foster Clark is a forward looking company with a strong history of innovation, dedication to quality and development of both our organisation and our people. We are committed to continue to invest in state-ofthe-art machinery and in similar development programmes as we strongly believe that our success is a direct result of our employees’ qualities.”
