Around 90 enterprise­s to benefit from newly launched SME Grant Schemes for SMEs

Grant Thornton Malta’s EU Advisory Services arm is offering consultanc­y services to Small and Medium Enterprise­s interested in raising finance through the newly launched Business Enhance ERDF Grant Scheme Initiative­s.

The first two schemes being launched under this initiative are the SME Growth Grant Scheme with an allocation of €8 million and the Start-up Investment Grant Scheme with an allocation of €7 million. Around 90 enterprise­s are expected to benefit from these two schemes.

The Business Enhance ERDF Grant Schemes Initiative is valued at over €51M and aims to offer support to SMEs by helping them maximize their investment and growth potential.

Grant Thornton has a long and success track record when it comes to assisting clients tap such EU funds and has continued to invest in more human resources to provide the client with a whole range of services from scoping of the project, to grant applicatio­n and project management.
