The Convenience Shop launches new sliced loaf
The Convenience Shop has just launched a new bread loaf it believes will give its customers the freshness and quality they are looking for.
For the launch, the Group hosted a reception at The Convenience Shop outlet within the Hilltop Village Gardens in Naxxar.
Speaking at the launch, Dr Chris Cardona, Minister for the Economy, Investment and Small Business congratulated The Convenience Shop Group on their success and praised their employees for their commitment and hard work. The Group’s success and commitment to their customers is undoubtedly an example of success to other businesses.
“This new loaf range includes wholemeal and soft white loaves. It provides for improved shelf life that retains freshness as well as quality of product. The Convenience Shop believes this new range will also bring added growth to their overall bread category,” said Andrew Attard, Operations manager within the Group. “Our future at The Convenience Shop is based on further growth, apart from our operational growth expectations and we will continue to focus more on improving the customer experience within our outlets,” he added.
Guests were presented with a feature highlighting the achievements of the Group during the past seven years of operation. Those present were entertained with live music, food delicacies and flowing wine.
The Group has over 260 employees increasing the workforce to over 300 by the end of this year upon the opening of its 40th outlet.
