Talent acquisition firm celebrates third birthday

-

Local talent-acquisition firm Boston Link has marked the third anniversary of its first job placement with a private party at The Villa in Balluta Bay and a charity raffle in support of The President’s Trust. More than 200 friends and clients turned up to mark the occasion.

Since first opening its doors, the company, which is headquartered in Malta, has expanded to nine staff and two offices, with numerous client firms in the gaming, technology and financial services industries. Managing director Julian Perigo comment- ed: “It’s great to celebrate another milestone for the business: they seem to be coming thick and fast at the moment! We’re growing locally and internationally, by focusing on the European financial centres such as Malta, Berlin, London and the Isle of Man. In particular, successful relocations are a big part of our business and one of the reasons clients keep coming back to us.”

As part of the celebrations, Boston Link held a charity raffle which raised money for the President’s Trust, a cause which the company works hard to support. Julian explained that this is something that’s important to the staff at Boston Link: “The Trust is about empowering young people who have not had a good start in life and we try to get behind that in any way we can. Helping people find new and better jobs as part of building the future they want for themselves is what we get a kick out of, day in day out. It’s important to us as a team that we aren’t just doing that for the most employable but also for those who might struggle to find work.”
