EY Malta launches All Things Tech event
Technology is at the centre of business change and provides opportunities to improve performance, manage risk and drive innovation. Getting the technology right can be the start, or the end point, of a transformation. Our mission at EY Malta IT Advisory Services is to help our clients accelerate business performance through technology.
With our extensive network of EY specialists globally, global partnerships and alliances, as well as local business relationships in the ICT sector, we want to bring the best in class expertise and solutions to our clients.
Our service offering is focused on delivering value to our clients by supporting them in core technology related challenges including Technology Strategy, Data and Analytics and Digital Transformation. We are bringing to market core solutions that leverage current and emerging technology to provide the required capabilities to our clients in collaboration with our network of alliances.
Our team will be organising a regular meet-up for business and IT professionals – All Things Tech. Through this event, we want to provide the business and IT community access to the latest knowledge on trends in digital transformation and technological innovation. In collaboration with our partners we are bringing best in class speakers at an informal setting that promises to be an informative and fruitful event. All Things Tech is also meant to provide an environment where open discussions are held and ideas are exchanged in order to spark innovation.
The first event of the series will take place on 31 May at 5.15pm within EY Malta’s newly designed, EY Connect Centre, located on the ground floor of the EY Msida offices. The event will feature the topic of Business Transformation through Automation and is being sponsored by UiPath and ICTSolutions.
Automation has been around for some time, but the latest capability on the technology – Business Process Automation platforms and Robotic Process Automation in combination with cognitive capabilities (that is, artificial intelligence) make it possible to optimise business operations and shift away repetitive and non-value-added work from the workforce.
At All Things Tech, we aim to share best practices and discuss how organisations can benefit from this technology to enable their business transformation.
Following the event there will be a networking session where one can mingle with the EY team, the experts and other attendees. Registration is free, however, seating is limited so don’t hesitate to register at https://allthingstech01.eventbrite.com.
